Martyn Dunsford: Lead Elder
Martyn heads up our eldership team at KCC and works full time for the church. He has a particular passion for establishing and encouraging indigenous churches within unreached nations. He is married to Gaynor and they have 3 grown up children. |

Steve Haines:
Steve is a full-time elder in the church. He has responsibility for our cell groups and missional clusters, and also oversees our student work. He is married to Maresah and they have 2 grown up children.

Chris Allison:
Chris works (almost) full time for the church as an elder. He has responsibility for worship within the church and also oversees childrens work. He is married to Charlotte, and they have three young children.

John Banks:
John works locally for Vosper Thornycroft and has been with the church since the early days! He is married to Linda and they have 4 children. |

Maurice Redmill:
Maurice lends a considerable amount of wisdom from many years in church leadership to our team. He is married to Catherine and currently enjoys an eventful retirement as the principal of our International Training Centre.

Simon looks after all the evangelism within the church. He is married to Jenny and they have two young children.

Linda works as part of the administrative team here in the church. She also looks after aspects of the pastoral work at KCC.
