Read the Whole Bible in 2008
Why not use this plan to read through the whole bible in a year?
Discipleship Journal®'s Book-at-a-Time Bible Reading Plan is designed to be started at any time during the year. Old and New Testament books are interspersed in each month's readings and the four gospels are spread out throughout the year.
A day for reflection is provided every seventh day as well as at the end of the month. Use these "free days" to meditate more deeply on something you've read during the past week, to catch up on any missed readings, or to revisit favorite or recently read passages.
Pick up a copy of the plan from the KCC information table. Or click here to download the pdf file.
Whole Bible too much?
If reading four chapters a day is too daunting, why not try reading through the New Testament in a year. There is another plan from Discipleship Journal you can use which just takes 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Click here for the pdf or pick up a copy from the KCC information table. |
